Other GMs, please rate each trade on a 0-50 scale. 0 indicates balanced trade and 50 indicates detrimental to the league's integrity and competitiveness. Please list what team you believe won the trade. The purpose of this is to provide owners with feedback.
Trades will only be vetoed if the commissioners believe the trade involves collusion.
From 8/3 to the trading freeze, players must first clear waivers before being able to be traded.
No trading permitted from trading freeze period until end of playoffs.

For players not in an JBL organization and who (1) exceed 130 AB/50 IP; or (2) are currently on an MLB roster (beginning as of Opening Day).

Note: A team is limited to posting 3 players per month (more until it signs 3) but can post more if needed to meet minimum active line-up requirements. There is no limit as to # of players a team can sign per month
