Sorry for the delay, the general manager for the Toronto Blue Jays was on the golf course this afternoon and in addition to knowing nothing about the amateur draft, was trying to negotiate a trade to move this pick. With that said, and having no idea what a reach is or isn't, the Toronto Blue Jays use pick 2.03 in the Amateur draft to select Parker Meadows, CF, DET.
