Long term I agree that changes would be beneficial, however it's a difficult thing to construct a bomb-proof proposal. I've got less time these days to dedicate to the league admin (huge shout out to the co-commissioners this offseason!) and won't be biting off a big task like that. If anyone wants to champion this cause and create a thorough proposal to run by me then please do!

I can look into doing that. Maybe it's best we bite off one thing at a time.

I would vote for a tag( maybe a NFL type franchise tag sort of thing) rather than an in season extension. Keep the market the same, but one tag per team at like the top 5% salary of thr position or something of that sort.
