In addition to Lizarraga, P, SD selected by @grillmasterpatriot I also couldn't find evidence that Manuel Pena, SS, ARI had signed, selected by Cleveland Indians (Cody) earlier this round. I feel bad about this as I didn't establish firm guidance on what would be the official list of international players eligible for the draft, but after searching the MLB transaction log for each player I can't argue that it appears the best source of information. For these cases, and any future cases that come up, I'll present two options to be selected by the owner: 1. Retain selection and if the selected player still has no confirmed signing transaction per MLB.com's transaction log by the end of the round, the rights to the player are forfeit and a different player may be selected as a make-up pick. 2. Re-pick immediately upon notification. I encourage all owners to search both January and February (drop-down menu at the top) transactions (link below) for any international free agents that you wish to select, to avoid this issue from re-occuring. mlb.mlb.com/mlb/transactions/?tcid=mm_mlb_players#month=1&year=2021 |

Lizarraga just happened to be a guy I targeted and while researching him I discovered he never actually signed, so I had to scratch him from my queue, so I obviously recognized his name when selected. His absence from Spotrac's contracts tipped me off, then I went to the MLB trans log. |

Good pick whoever got Genao CLE he would have been my pick. I'm very happy with the Big SS trained by the Izturas brothers.

Cleveland Indians (Cody), I'm convinced. I hate having to treat this on a case-by-case basis especially as we get to the prospects in later rounds who will have signed/not signed with less media coverage than Pena, but I don't see any way around it. I'm good with Pena - let's see if the MLB transaction log does get updated eventually
