TBR trades Harrison Bader 2023
NYM trades Vaughn Grissom Jon Duplantier 2022 AMAT round 8 2023 MiLFA round 6
I like Bader, think the improvements he made last year will carry over, but my team doesn't look like a serious competitor this year. Grissom is the key piece coming back, looks like a plus hit, plus plate discipline, plus speed prospect.
Thanks for working with me, Yulian.

I'm really liking Bader he has 20/20 potential young guy with cheap contract for a guy in Vaughn who I don't believe in. I do not see him been a top 150 player even and a late round picks in both draft that are not much important to me. Ah and Duplantier .... obvious a guy that may just may become a late bloomer for a LAD could hurt but once again I'm not buying it. Thanks to Mark and his patience we have been working on this before FA-R3 and yea best of luck for both of us

Even- +2 NYM.
Bader is a cheap outfielder with a chance to get to an .800 OPS under control until 2023. That's pretty valuable.
Grissom is the guy in this trade though. I'm a bug fan of his bat and his plate discipline. Mark gets a great prospect in my eyes, Duplantier is what, and the picks are okay.
Overall, the bump goes to NY for Bader contributing right away, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see Grissom as a top 100 guy soon.

+5 Rays I think this is pretty even, but Grissom has star upside and Bader just doesn’t. I think Bader can be a very useful player for the next two years though. I wish I knew he was available either time he has been traded this off-season, lol.
