Phillies send: - Chad Kuhl, $5MM, 2021-22P
Braves send:
- 6.10 in upcoming MiLBFA draft
Phillies reasoning: - Another cap/roster space move freeing up salary for free agency while also opening roster spot for future promotions
- Again, in case it's not yet obvious, I'm looking for picks to help rework my minors roster

I accept the trade. I am pretty weak at SP and I see Kuhl as a promising young pitcher with a decent salary. I believe that #6.10 in the incoming MiLFA is a good price for a pitcher who can help me right away. Thanks very much Philly!

+3 Phillies mainly cause they offload the long-term contract of a depth guy, but both sides get what they need out of it.

Processed. +10 Braves for me, Kuhl's underlying numbers look better than his performance and thus worth more than a 6th rd MiLFA pick IMO, though the contract limits his potential value
