DET Trades: Tyler Alexander Derek Hill
SFG Trades: Keynan Middleton
Reasoning: I want Middleton because I believe he will be a closer in the not so distant future, I have to give up a Pitching prospect i'm not so thrilled about but also unfortunately have to give up a very speedy OF prospect...... but I really like middleton, I see good stuff and a good attitude....... and I came out on top in a previous trade with SFG so meh.

Agree. I need to clear 40 man roster space and these are good prospects to get back.

+5 DET. I like Middelton more than most. He's a solid reliever. He had a breakout season last year and maybe more is in the tank. The return is interesting, since I tried to make a offer and he asked for quite a bit more. Anyways, I like this deal more for Detroit. I like Alexander, I thought about inquiring, but I didn't want to give up big league depth. Anyways solid deal.

Push.
Projecting on reliever specs is always a dangerous game, it's best you not give up too much for them if you're high on them. I don't feel the Tigers did. Alexander is at best a 5 with character issues, and Hill is a speedster who has contact concerns, but his defense ensures at the very least a bench role. However he's an intriguing prospect, he does walk a lot, which is rare for his player profile and if he builds on his contact gains from last year watch out. Reliever for a lottery ticket, just depends on your needs.
