Philly gets Kyle Wright SP, from minors system.
Wash gets Andrew Knizner C, from minors.
Reasoning-Mostly readjusting roster as my pitching is pretty good including some decent prospects still in minors, but am sorely lacking in catchers at both levels. As Knizner has a chance to get onto the Cards roster in 2019 this makes sense to me.
Easy trade with Paul.

I confirm.
Phillies reasoning: I have a tolerable, long-term contract on Realmuto - likely a top-3 catcher for the foreseeable future and stud prospect Bart only a couple years away. I have a need for controllable young arms and expect Wright to be a mid-rotation - hopefully better - stalwart in 2020 and beyond. I'm not expecting much this season.
I love Knizner - own the guy in other leagues too - but this is a classic trade-from-strength to fill-a-need move for a top prospect arm.

Knizer is a fine player but I don't view him as the same caliber of guy as Wright and at a much less valuable position. Add in that they have a similar enough timetable for another bump.

Pitching prospects are unreliable. Especially in a stocked system like the Braves. Catchers that can hit are few I like getting the hitter here.

Ditto on Jon's comment. Gotta love a catcher that can hit
