He was just announced as a member of the rotation today so he is eligible now. I goofed earlier because I forgot they didn’t announce it yet. I need to re read the constitution every spring.

I'm not sure how we handled it last year but I think that as long as there is a trustworthy source reporting a player making an opening day roster we can proceed with nominations prior to the 28th. Turnbull is listed on the mlb.com active roster so that's pretty official in my mind.
