Urquidy is not on the roster yet (I know he will be, but we did the same thing with Turnbull). Not sure it matters with the news of his call up over Google but technically yes you are correct as the MLB.com active roster has not yet been updated. If something changes these bids will be invalid but I have no problem letting auctions commence upon widespread reporting (see the Trent Thornton thread).
