3rd trade of the day (with maybe 1 more coming, is this a record for one team?)
Tampa Bay Recieves Nathan Eovali (Toronto Retains all 2020 salary)
for
Jimmy Titus
Drew Strotman
Russell Martin
Toronto accepts. Basically, I am paying for two prospects I like (possibly more than I should). Eovaldi is an expiring contract so I figured I might as well get something I like for him. This move is one I made with the trade with SF in mind so my staff does not take a hit (assuming Velasquez figures it out) in innings for 2020. Again, taking on money as a cost, but I don't mind if I like the return.
Thanks again Hasan for working with me!

Rays accept
Rationale: Needed more SP depth in the short term and Eovaldi is guaranteed a rotation spot for the year unlike some of my other question mark guys, with dual eligibility to boot. Didn't want to pay a huge price since Eovaldi's a pure rental and struggled last year, but it was a smooth process with Frank once I pivoted after getting Donaldson became unlikely.
Strotman still has potential but he hasn't been above A-ball yet and won't get to pitch this year after making it back late last year from TJS, so he's definitely a longer-term project while Titus is a lottery ticket that only I put in a claim for a few months ago when he was on waivers, and the current minor league limbo hinders him ftm too. Martin I hoped would have signed somewhere by now to at least be a depth option but it doesn't look like he will so because Frank has a lot more cap space than I do, he agreed to take him back and retain on Eovaldi's contract as part of the deal.
