Baltimore accepts... I needed a corner infielder bad as in I had almost an open lineup spot choi is a good rental and if he can switch hit he will be valuable almost everyday... The mariners bullpen is a mess which very well means if Shaw has anything left they will use it... I'm not high on dibrell his move to double a last year at 24 was frightening to me... I think paredes could be a star... But I have more middle infield prospects than anything and you have to trade a good prospect for a good rental it's just business.

Accepted. When it comes to paredes for choi, I agree with Jazz. If I had signed Choi for longer there is no way I would let him go. But pulling the trigger as early as possible helps get the best return. As for the pther prospect, i'm not high on him but he is worth a shot. I amd in the situation were shaw will probably never see a roster spot. So it was worth it for me.

I think jazz got 2 solid players for cheap, and for just one prospect. But this trade would also work for a rebuilding team trying to gain some cap space

I totally understand why Baltimore would do this (if it doesn't work out, there is very little financial risk), but I rather get the prospect close the majors for rentals.
