SF 3rd round MILB pick
Reason:
I have a 40 man roster crunch and this helps with solving it. I believe Means is more of a sure thing than Touki as a cost controlld SP and I liked the way he finished the season. Lopez I like, but he had a disappointing season. I have a bunch of MI depth so I can afford to lose him. Foley is in a weird spot and I’m not sure his fate is more than a RP with the Blue Jays. That said, he could be a starter, but I can no longer afford to wait for that. I love MILB picks so it helped balance the trade.
