The twins accept and looking forward to the future. I had some good players on expiring contracts that I was looking to offload for future talent. CI is always a need and I like Baty's power. Tony looks to be a mid rotation prospect that is hopefully going to be a part of my 2022-2024 run. Segura losing his SS eligibility last season made him easier to let go. Iggy was my most sought after guy on my block, but this deal felt right to include him. Ozuna is a risky player I wanted to get rid of and am happy to pay his salary to have him on another team. Thanks Jazz for the easy deal that all I had to do was accept.

Accept. As I am going almost all in this year. I needed a 2nd baseman and middle infield help. Segura is a hit machine and I need to upgrade my offense. My biggest downfall last year was having zero closers. With iglesias I expect to have a solid chance at having a closer. Osuna might pitch this year he might not thats why asked for his salary to be retained.

Baty i just acquired and I like his power but im concerned about everything else and also playing in new York. The draft picks are so up in the air I dont mind trading it. Santillian I think i like more than most i think hes a future #2 which is tough to part with but to acquire talent you have to trade talent

Casey likes the patriots so you all better give me a +5 for that at least

Baltimore is trading a lot for 3 rentals this year, taking a lot of their salary for FA. This is an investment in 2021 and I like the aggression.

I like Brett Baty. His swing is nice, good power and advanced for a prep high schooler. Santillan is solid and a 1st. That's a good haul for Minnesota.

Overall, Minnesota is acquiring a lot for the future here and gets a stud in Brett Baty.
