I agree.
I decided this team would come up short trying to compete for this year, so looking to get what value I can for expiring contracts. It sounds like Long was playing hurt in 2021, so I think he's better than he showed. He may get squeezed for playing time, but if there weren't some risk, Luke wouldn't be trading him.

I like 4 years of Long. I think he figures it out soon. Gray is a good pitcher, but I’m not sure what the White Sox are doing here. Are they starting a rebuild or going for it? Seems like they would have been better of with Long.
