Tampa trades:
Chris Archer SP/TB 19.1m(21)
Cleveland trades:
Javier Baez 2B/SS/3B/CHC 19.1m(21-22p)
i agree to this trade. I believe Archer is still a top end SP, but I am really high on Baez potential in multiple categories as well as his positional eligibility and youth. I tried to acquire him in FA but lost out. I also feel I still have the makings of a strong rotation with Gray, Walker, Snell, and DeLeon. The money being equal also makes sense.

I agree to this trade. I think adding Archer to my rotation will shore up my SP depth and negate some of the injury risk presented by some of my other SPs. Randy and I seemed to be highest on Baez, as reflected during FA bidding, so I think we value him on the same level. While I like Baez outlook, I think my hitting will be ok for the time being. As stated above, the equal money also makes sense.

Rate Scale 10?
Trades not veto material. Tampa wants Baez, Cleveland wants pitching to help win. Seems legit. Hard to really weigh a trade this early. Financially it's obviously good to go.

Yay a trade!
I'll give it a 0
Young middle infielders are more valuable then arms, but Baez's contract is problematic. However, it makes sense given the bidding war that both these guys value Baez highly.

Makes sense for both sides, both guys have their ups and downs. I'd say a very small win for Tampa, but a pretty fairly-balanced deal overall.

0, both had clear reasons for making the move.

In case anyone is waiting for the commish to chime in I will wait at least a day before processing for all trades to let owners post their thoughts.
I will not veto trades unless collusion is clear.
My intent is to allow for conversations to occur regarding players trade values - kind of a barometer to help us all wrap our heads around the different values that players carry in this league versus others. Contracts and age can alter a player's value significantly from the internet's redraft-based consensus.
