The Pirates were found to be in violation of their salary cap. The circumstances are completely innocent: Josh Harrison was input as $8.800,000 ($8.80) instead of $8,800,000 - notice the decimal point.
The last two players the Pirates purchase were Dan Jennings for $1,000,000 Zach Eflin for $1,200,000
I have awarded both of the above players to the previous bidder (in both cases the GM that nominated them).
Thankfully this is a minor violation, and no punishments will be applied.
I want to stress to the league to double check your spreadsheet inputs and make sure you have everything squared away. Future violations may result in lost draft picks.

Clarification to all: the inseason Amateur draft (2017 MLB draft class) is in inverse order of the initial minor league draft.
Future Amateur drafts will be ordered based on the inverse standings at that point in the season.
I'm told that some might have thought that the orders of the two drafts were the same. If this affects any trades made please work with the other owner and a co-commisioner to resolve the issue
