Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I was wondering if there will be a franchise fill period after the MiLFA Draft. I noticed in the Constitution that there is one after the Amateur Draft, but that is only for players taken in that actual Amateur Draft, which leaves out international signings and MiLB free agents signings. I know some rosters have full minor leagues already, but others inherited teams with many more than 6 openings that can be filled in the MiLFA Draft and I'm just wondering how those can be filled.

Nope - the fill period is only applicable to the AMAT draft. The reason is to allow for more in-season free agency candidates. If there was a franchise fill period for minor league free agents within each respective organization there would be a lot of AAA players that would be speculatively added. I've found that these leagues work best by keeping some availability for in-season acquisitions.
